Silicon Integrated Systems WindowsXP Display Manager（又名VGA Driver Manager和VGA Display Manager）是Silicon Integrated Systems公司的一套显示器管理工具。

Silicon Integrated Systems WindowsXP Display Manager 6.14.10.3930版本中存在安全漏洞。本地攻击者可借助特制的0x96002400或0x96002404 IOCTL调用利用该漏洞获取权限。
