Microsoft Visual Studio、Windows和Windows Server中存在提权漏洞，该漏洞源于Diagnostics Hub Standard Collector Service没有正确地模拟一些文件操作。攻击者可利用该漏洞获取提升的权限。以下产品及版本受到影响：Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Update 3版本，2017 15.0版本，2017 15.9版本，2019 16.0版本，2019 16.2版本；Windows 10，Windows 10版本1607，Windows 10版本1703，Windows 10版本1709，Windows 10版本1803，Windows 10版本1809，Windows 10版本1903，Windows Server 2016，Windows Server 2019，Windows Server版本1803，Windows Server版本1903。
