在5.0之前的Linux内核中，当register_netdev()未能注册sitn->fb_tunnel_dev时，net/ipv6/sit.c中的sit_init_net()存在内存泄漏，这可能会导致拒绝服务，即CID-07f12b26e21a。解决建议
