在Open Ticket Request System（OTRS）7.0.x到7.0.7，Community Edition 6.0.x到6.0.19以及Community Edition 5.0.x到5.0.36中发现了一个问题。攻击者可能会向OTRS系统发送恶意电子邮件。如果登录代理用户引用它，则电子邮件可能会导致浏览器加载外部图像资源。解决建议
