当Azure DevOps Server和Team Foundation Server未正确清理用户提供的输入（也称为“ Azure DevOps Server和Team Foundation Server跨站点脚本漏洞”）时，将存在跨站点脚本（XSS）漏洞。此CVE ID在CVE-2019-0866，CVE-2019-0867，CVE-2019-0868，CVE-2019-0870中是唯一的。
