漏洞描述

Tex中的writet1.c文件中的t1_CHECK_NORIGHT_Charstring函数在2018-09-21之前被发现了一个问题。在处理Type 1 fonts 时，缓冲区溢出允许在恶意 font 被一个易受攻击的工具(pdflatex、pdftex、dvips或luatex)加载时执行任意代码。
