据发现，在10.5之前的 PostgreSQL版本,以及9.6.10,9.5.14,9.4.19和9.3.24版本未能正确检查涉及“INSERT ... ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE”的某些语句的授权。具有'CREATE TABLE'权限的攻击者可以利用它来读取任意字节的服务器内存。如果攻击者还对特定表具有某些“INSERT”和有限的“UPDATE”权限，则他们可以利用此权限更新同一表中的其他列。解决建议
