Mozilla Firefox是美国Mozilla基金会开发的一款开源Web浏览器。Mozilla Firefox 59之前版本中存在跨站脚本漏洞，该漏洞源于程序未能正确的校验用户提交的输入。远程攻击者可借助特制的URL利用该漏洞在用户浏览器中执行任意的脚本。
