Nippon Institute of Agroinformatics SOY CMS with installer是日本Nippon Institute of Agroinformatics公司的一套网站内容管理系统（CMS）。该系统支持制作网站、开发基于A/B测试的软件和优化网站等。installer是其中的一个安装程序。
Nippon Institute of Agroinformatics SOY CMS with installer 1.8.12及之前的版本中的installer存在跨站脚本漏洞。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞在用户Web浏览器中执行任意代码。
