OpenStack是美国国家航空航天局（National Aeronautics and Space Administration）和美国Rackspace公司合作研发的一个云平台管理项目。Horizon是其中的一个仪表盘项目，它为用户和管理员提供了一个基于Web的用于管理OpenStack服务的用户界面。Horizon 8.0.1及之前版本和9.0.0版本至9.0.1版本中存在跨站脚本漏洞。攻击者可利用该漏洞注入任意Web脚本或HTML。
