Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的操作系统Linux所使用的内核。Linux kernel 3.13-rc4-next-20131218之前的版本存在争用条件拒绝服务漏洞，本地攻击者可利用该漏洞通过在关闭tty进程期间建立一个新的tty进程造成拒绝服务。
