InspIRCd是一款可扩展的模块化的基于C++编写的用于Linux，BSD，Windows和Mac OS X系统中的互联网中继聊天（IRC）服务器。InspIRCd中存在拒绝服务漏洞。攻击者可利用该漏洞使应用程序崩溃，拒绝服务合法用户。
