当在Symantec Client Security 3.1和之后的版本以及Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition (SAV CE) 10.1和之后的版本中被使用时，Symantec Reporting Server 1.0.197.0以及1.0.224.0之前的其他版本中存在未明漏洞。攻击者可以借助未知向量，\"禁用认证系统\"和绕过身份认证。
